Affordable Housing Program 1 rental rates will be calculated and set annually at 79% of the Median Market Rents for the applicable suite type as annually established and published in CMHC's Rental Market Survey for the Winnipeg Census Metropolitan Area and/or CMHC's Housing Market Information Portal.
Affordable units include hydro, water and heat. Cable and internet can be included at an additional cost.
