West Broadway Commons is now leasing two main floor commercial spaces. West Broadway Commons is an exciting opportunity for specialty retail, new food and beverage concepts, neighbourhood-scale commercial uses, and other community services and amenities.

West Broadways Commons is centrally located at 167 Colony Street. The building is near business centres, government buildings and numerous residential neighbourhoods.

The 110-unit building is in a densely populated neighbourhood with a large number of commuters on foot, car and bus. The area has a high walkability score, is next to major bus routes and is adjacent to a parking lot.

The main floor features large storefront windows. The total commercial space is 2,292 sq ft. and includes access to the vestibule and washrooms. The commercial space can be divided to suit tenants' needs.

The selection of ground floor tenants will be based on those uses and businesses that are:

  • best aligned with the overall vision for the building
  • promote ground floor appeal and neighbourhood activation
  • able to meet the financial requirements and lease terms to be negotiated between UWCRC 2.0 and prospective businesses.

Interested proponents must complete the following form, which will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.

The Expression of Interest is non-binding. The proponent makes a submission for information only. Completing a submission does not entitle or oblige the proponent to take a lease of the property, nor does it guarantee space in at West Broadway Commons.

UWCRC 2.0 Inc. reserves the right to negotiate with any party whether they have submitted an Expressions of Interest or not.

Terms and rates will be consistent with the market.
